I work with you to help you expand life skills, build long-term coping strategies, and learn healthy ways to navigate life events and stress.

You are collaborative in your own process. I cannot “fix” you, the work is 99% up to you. I customize my therapeutic approach to treatment so that it’s most effective for you. There is no one-size-fits-all method, I honor you where you are at in your process.
